The TF2.0-M is a rugged 2″ end finishing machine for flaring, trimming, and beading with a sleek profile for end finishing even the most difficult tubes. The 1 HP direct drive spindle is powerful and prevents stalling of the motor. The carriage moves on linear guideways to give it rigid and reliable travel. Tired of adjusting the old spring-driven tube stop? The TF2.0-M comes with a pneumatic tube stop that can be disabled with a knob turn for your beading operations. In addition to the soft jaw close feature and safety covers, the TF2.0-M comes standard with a lockout disconnect and emergency stop to keep operating personnel safe. Best of all, the TF2.0-M can utilize customer’s existing tooling.

3″ END FINISHING MACHINE FROMTUBE-LINE TECHNOLOGIES

The TF3.0-M broadens the range of Tube-Line’s end finishing machines by allowing tubes with outside diameters up to 3″ to be flared, trimmed and beaded. The 2 HP drive spindle with variable speed gives complete control to the operator during the end finishing cycle. The 3.25″ bore pneumatic cylinder gives ample jaw force for even the toughest applications. The optional beading axis for tubes up to 3″ OD, gives the operator control on engaging and disengaging the beading cycle. The TF3.0-M packs a lot of features into a small package.
